President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the confirmation of the appointment of Adewale Adeniyi as the substantive Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Customs Service.
This was contained in a letter signed by Willie Bassey, Director of Information, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation and made available to journalists in Abuja on Friday, October 20, 2023.
According to the statement, the appointment takes effect from October 19, 2023 and his tenure is in accordance with the extant provisions of the Public Service Rules (PSR).
