Comptroller Joy Edeldouk, the Area Controller, Kirikiri Lighter Terminal Command of the Nigeria Customs Service has promised to ensure that service delivery at the command is within 48 hours.
Comptroller Joy Edeldouk gave this assurance on Friday, May 31, 2024 while taking over as handed over from M.M. Tilly- Gyado who has now been elevated to the post of Acting Assistant Comptroller General of Customs (Human Resources Department).
In making this a reality, she promised to work with stakeholders, sister agencies and freight forwarders.

The new KLT Controller while calling on her management team to rise to the occasion said, ”let us give them 48 hours service delivery, it is possible.
“I am going to run an open door policy here in KLT, whatever is your challenge, come to me and we will sort it out together”.
Earlier, in her speech, the immediate past Controller of the Command, Tilly- Gyado, expressed confidence on the ability of her successor, saying that she is very capable of taking the Command to the next level.
