Mr. Byron Isi, the Country Director Nigeria & Head, Africa Operations, First Class Management and Leadership Institute Ltd/Gte (FCMLI Africa) has paid a working visit to Mr. Taiwo Adepoju, Managing Partner, Strengths of Africa Ltd, affectionately refered to as ‘the Oracle of Strategy’ by HR Practitioners on account of impressive accomplishments and mentorship provided in all forays of the capacity development value chain with guaranteed outcomes.
During their interactive session at Novare Central, the Country Director, Mr Isi and Chief Operating Officer, Ms Julia Chigbue apprised the ‘Oracle’ and his team of the Institute’s Pan-African Vision in the Global Value Offerings of Management and Leadership Competencies and brands.
He asserted that collaborations and seamless synergy of resources would rapidly transform corporate reform initiatives across African landscape to take her rightful place in the global business architecture.
Responding, Mr. Adepoju thanked the visitors and showcased the excellent accomplishment in capacity developments which his team has made over time, even in the current hash business operating environment of the country which he sees also as opportunity to re-align vision and strategy.
The July 12, 2024 engagement which took place at Platters & Co/the Vue at the Novare Complex showcasing various leadership book tittles published and promoted by FCMLI Africa, while Strengths of Africa Ltd, briefed the team of up-coming training initiatives and extensive faculties collaborations across subject expertise and specialisations.

In his remark, Adedeji Ayomikun, Technical Adviser to Mr. Taiwo Adepoju spoke about the team building initiatives based on core values of their organization while FCMLI’s Ms Julia Chigbue offered slots of esteemed Fellows Awards to the Managing Partner and the leading faculties of the firm and partners as well as esteemed trainees and clientel.
‘The Oracle’ welcomed the initiatives of collaborations and urged that both teams come up with greater details for clarity of strategic implementation.
Mr Isi made complimentary book presentation to the Managing Partner before adjourning for further networking meant to assure that that it’s not only ‘members only’ that benefits but any stakeholder who avails the immense opportunities of the unique FCMLI platform.
The Strength of Africa hosted a lunch in honor of FCMLI Africa at ‘the VUE’ to cap up the working tour of FCMLI Africa to the host.
