ACG Dangaladima seeks synergy with stakeholders in Kebbi Command

The Zonal Coordinator Zone B of the Nigeria Customs Service, Assistant Comptroller General of Customs (ACG) Sambo Kaliel Dangaladima has called on all stakeholders as well as traditional rulers in the area to further collaborate in achieving more success in core mandate of the Command.

ACG Dangaladima made the call on Friday when he paid official visit to Kebbi Area Command on his continuous tour of Zone B axis.

In his address, the Zonal Coordinator commended the efforts of the Customs Area Controller and his officers on the stride they have achieved so far on the area of our core mandate.

He went further to emphasize the need to help in curbing security challenges facing Kebbi stressing that the Customs leadership believes in the CAC of the Command.

Going further, he said a secured Kebbi might not be achieved without strengthening the relationship between the Command, sister agencies, stakeholders and traditional rulers.

Subsequently, ACG Dangaladima held a closed door meeting with stakeholders charging them to be compliant traders and urging them to abide by the Customs extant laws during cross border trade.

In a view to encourage work-life balance and capacity building which are some of the vision of the Comptroller General of Customs Bashir Adewale Adeniyi MFR, the Assistant Comptroller General Customs commissioned five-aside football pitch and E-library/Learning Centre which are fully sponsored by our stakeholders. This is due to the Command cordial relationships with the stakeholders which have been improving steadily.

He concluded the visit by paying homage to the Emir of Gwandu, Alhaji Muhammadu Iliyasu Bashar to seek his blessings as he retires back home.
