Area 2 Command Onne emerges ‘Best Command in Anti-Smuggling Activities’ at CGC Awards and Gala Night

The Area 2 Command Onne of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has won the award for best in anti-smuggling activities for saving a lot of lives from destruction via the interception of arms, ammunition and drugs.

This was confirmed during the CGC Awards and Gala Night in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

In his remarks, the Customs Area Controller, Comptroller Mohammed Babandede says it was a team effort as he could not have done it alone if not for the role every officer and men in the Command played in essuring public health and safety of lives.

He appreciates every officer and men of the Command for their contribution towards making the country safe.
