The former Commandant, NSCDC Command and Staff College, Lamingo, Jos, Assistant Commandant General David Bille (rtd.), Superintendents of Corps, Luqman Buraimoh, Personal Assistant to the Head of Insurance Unit, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), National Headquarters, Abuja and Oluwaseun Abolurin, Civil Defence Public Relations Officer, Lagos State Command has emerged members, Institute of Security and Strategic Studies.
The honour was bestowed on them at the Investiture, Awards and Induction ceremony held on Saturday, 30th November, 2024, at the Sehu Musa Yar’adua Centre, Abuja.

The management of the Institute of Security and Strategic Studies at the event congratulated, all participants, who successfully completed, their course in Intelligence Analysis and Security Risk Operations Management as well as all inductees, fellows and awardees present physically or represented at the event, which gathered top ranking security personalities and guests from various walks of life .
