Sequel to the reported cases of spiritual attacks as reported by some members of the New Nigeria Peoples’ Party (NNPP) in Kano, Katsina and Ogun States, the National Headquarters of the party has come out to douse the tension by urging all members of the party to remain steadfast and assuring them that no evil shall befall any member of the party especially as we approach year 2025.
Giving this assurance on Monday, December 30, 2024, Comrade Oginni Olaposi Sunday, NNPP Secretary General stated that the incidences of spiritual attacks are from known enemies.
In the statement made available to journalists, Comrade Oginni stated; “We therefore pronounce once again that nobody should be afraid noting that we are children of God and any one with God is duly protected.

“The truth remains that anyone holding a child’s belonging by raising his hands, when he’s tired and lowers his hands, the child will collect his or her belongings. So, those holding NNPP’s property illegally shall lower their hands and we the children of God shall collect our belongings back in due course. Therefore, spiritual attack is not a solution to NNPP avoidable circumstances and victory shall be ours.
“It is to our knowledge that they have visited India, Niger, Morroco, Maiduguri, Katsina, Egypt and Cameroun meeting with evil spiritualist to help them hijack NNPP” Ogini alleged.
“Nobody should be worried about their moves. It is a grave asking in the spiritual realm and it is our hope and belief that they should stop noting that the change of logo and colour of NNPP without permission of God is regrettable
“I have the directive of the founder of NNPP Dr. Boniface Okechukwu Aniebonam to advise all members to stop insulting, abusing or castigating Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso and Elder Buba Galadima for whatever reasons.
“The Founder insisted that judgment and vengeance are of the Lord noting that Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso has added value to the greatness of NNPP. Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso have done his best.
“The Founder also said that we should pray for all our leaders starting from Mr. President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and Nigeria at large.
“NNPP shall provide Nigerians the greatest leader after 2027 general election” he assured.
