In a renewed push toward operational excellence, the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Area Command, has taken a strategic step by organizing an intensive one-day capacity-building workshop aimed at boosting officers’ proficiency in the One-Stop Shop (OSS) framework.
Held on 18th November 2025 at the Command, the training brought together personnel from multiple units to strengthen their grasp of the integrated system designed to simplify procedures, enhance workflow coordination, and accelerate service delivery across all touchpoints.
While addressing participants, the Customs Area Controller, Comptroller Victoria C. Aliboh, reaffirmed that the OSS model is central to the Service’s modernization drive.

She described the initiative as a transformative tool for improving transparency, operational synergy, and overall service efficiency.
Comptroller Aliboh further stressed that the workshop aligns with the NCS’ broader commitment to continuous capacity development and the adoption of global standards in Customs administration.
